A teeny tiny thumb so as not to completely steal the thunder of the finished piece. I have a long way to go artistically, but I do have to say that it’s pretty rewarding to hit that point where I can visually represent stuff I’ve been thinking about for years now.
Front/Back cover to the now retired late 2012/ early 2013 sketchbook , “Okay Honeybunny”, along with links to its posted contents.
VARIOUS (POSTED) CONTENTS IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER
Next time I’ll just tag all the individual posts properly so that can serve as a sketchbook index instead.
Back after a harddrive crash with my main OS on it. Managed to actually not lose anything out of some miracle where my crashed drive suddenly re-booted itself back online just long enough for me to snag my stuff before it bit the dust for good. RIP DRIVE 1. Here’s some more 2012 sketchbook stuff I wanted to post but couldn’t because NO COMPUTER, MAN.
Roomate/friend Themrfiggs recently found my MIA sketchbook “Okay Honeybunny” under one of the seats in his car, so I’m posting some of the more interesting sketches. These are all drawings from late 2012 and early, early 2013.
Tiny WIP thumbnail of the painting I’m currently working on. Hopefully going to be my most unconventional environment yet, going for a sort of Max Ernst/Yume Nikki vibe.
Finally got around to finishing this after a couple days of working on (ironically) music stuff. Not perfect but it has some fun stuff goin’ on. More visual work for my “Hotrod” project.
